While The Insurance Place is available from 9AM to 5PM Monday - Friday to assist you with claim questions you may have, we understand things happen at all hours of the day and night. That is why each company we do business with has a 24 Hour Claim Service number. In the past 25 years I have had several customers have claims on weekends and holidays. These customers have used the 24 hour claim services and have been very happy with the fast friendly service. If at any time there are any questions or problems, whether it be in house or with our insurance carriers, we ant to know.
